Everything is printed on demand — your order goes into production when you place it.

Production: 2–5 business days (up to 7 during peak seasons)
U.S. delivery: typically 3–7 business days after production, with tracking emailed when it ships
International: available at checkout; rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customs fees or import duties are the recipient's responsibility.
Orders with multiple product types (e.g. a tee and a badge reel) may arrive in separate packages from our different production partners — that's normal.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item: email snarkyorgans@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Change of mind: because every item is custom-printed to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection — please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Clearance items: final sale.
